i do not know a single vegetarian that could run a mile.  i have never met a vegetarian athlete.  there are many valid arguments for vegetarianism but this is not one of them.

I couldn’t be arsed reading all of ^ that because I really don’t have the time, and I’m also a vegetarian for my own reasons… However Chris, I run. I run daily. I run 10km 3 times a week and 5 every other day. I also cycle everywhere and do my best to stay healthy. Sure, I’m not winning any marathons and I don’t work my upper body for shit, but hell, I run. I run miles.

Wow, that’s great!  I had no idea you were so fit.  I retract my earlier statement about not knowing any.  You are the fittest vegetarian I know!

These guys are also pretty good at sport.

For the record I was probably around my fittest when I was strictly vegetarian.
